Shipping Cost

The cost of shipping is calculated according to the weight of the goods you order.

UK Shipping

For deliveries within the UK, all orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Two services are available - 'Special Delivery' and 'Standard Parcels'. With Special Delivery, your order will arrive one business day from date of dispatch, before 1pm. With the Standard Parcels service, your order will take 3 - 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Overseas Shipping

There is only one delivery option to addresses outside the UK. We will send your order out the best way we can with the amount you pay for shipping. We do not give refunds if the actual shipping cost is less than the price quoted.

Occasionally, it is not possible to send an order for the shipping price quoted, in which case we will contact the customer with details of how much extra postage they must pay before we can ship the goods. If the customer decides the shipping is prohibitively expensive, a refund can be given.

Delivery Times

Please note that 'date of dispatch' referred to in the shipping information is the date we ship the goods, not the date you order them. We send out orders in batches, two or three times a week, so it is likely that your order will not be dispatched on the same day you place the order. Additionally, we do not hold stock of every weight/colour combination of every cue, so it is possible that we have to wait for a delivery from our suppliers ourselves before we send out yours.

We aim to fulfill UK orders within 10 working days, though most customers have their goods within 5 days of placing their order. We will advise the customer if the order is going to take longer than 10 working days.

For overseas orders, we aim to get the goods to you within 28 days of placing your order, although most overseas customers receive their orders within 10 days of placing their order.

Refund Policy

You may return any goods to us, for whatever reason, within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and we will make a full refund provided the goods are in their original packing and are in mint condition (for cues this includes an unchalked tip).
